感覚(Awareness)
Modern life often disconnects us from our own bodies.
The session offers time to slow down and notice the subtle sensations, tension, and signals that are often overlooked.
沈黙(Silence)
Silence is an important part of the experience.
As conversation fades into the background, attention naturally shifts inward, allowing you to become more aware of your body and its sensations.
脱力(Ease)
Begin by simply letting go. As tension leaves the body, the mind becomes calmer, breathing grows more natural, and the body gradually begins to soften. For this reason, I value a gentle and unhurried approach throughout the session.
細部(Precision)
Small movements and subtle differences matter. The angle of a finger and the timing of pressure can greatly influence how the body responds. For this reason, I pay careful attention to the finer details throughout the session.
