Men’s Therapeutic Bodywork in Tokyo

A slower and more attentive approach to men’s bodywork. These sessions combine full-body massage with focused work for the abdomen, pelvic region, and manhood, creating space for the body to settle naturally.

温(Warmth)

The warmth of my hands is an important part of every session.
Rather than relying on strong stimulation, I aim to create a sense of comfort and ease, allowing the body to gradually soften.

感覚(Awareness)

Modern life often disconnects us from our own bodies.
The session offers time to slow down and notice the subtle sensations, tension, and signals that are often overlooked.

沈黙(Silence)

Silence is an important part of the experience.
As conversation fades into the background, attention naturally shifts inward, allowing you to become more aware of your body and its sensations.

脱力(Ease)

Begin by simply letting go. As tension leaves the body, the mind becomes calmer, breathing grows more natural, and the body gradually begins to soften. For this reason, I value a gentle and unhurried approach throughout the session.

細部(Precision)

Small movements and subtle differences matter. The angle of a finger and the timing of pressure can greatly influence how the body responds. For this reason, I pay careful attention to the finer details throughout the session.

While clients of various ages are welcome, the work is often particularly appreciated by men aged 35 and above.

The Purpose of the Session

The session is designed to create space for the body to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with its natural rhythms.

While it includes work on sensitive areas, these are approached as part of a broader bodywork process rather than in isolation.

The aim is not to force change, but to support the body through a calm, attentive, and unhurried approach.

About the therapist

I am Yuki, a 45-year-old Japanese therapist born and raised in Tokyo. With over ten years of experience, my background includes traditional Asian practices such as Ayurveda and Thai traditional massage.

Over time, my work has gradually shifted toward deeper, internal-centered care for men—moving beyond surface relaxation to support circulation and structural balance. Since 2020, I have been offering these specialized sessions in Tokyo.

Currently, I work with both a joyful spirit and a serious professional focus, as I am eager for international clients to experience this unique care. Beyond any language barrier, I welcome each individual with respect and calm attention.

Session Length & Approach

This work is designed for those who appreciate a slower and more unhurried pace.

The purpose of a longer session is not to receive more techniques, but to create enough space for the body to relax naturally and settle into the experience.

If a long session feels excessive or difficult to imagine, there is no need to force it. Shorter sessions are available through my other website.

180 min — Recommended as a starting point for first-time clients.
240 min — Recommended for those who have already received a session from me, and for those seeking a more relaxed and unhurried experience.
